Our Sauvignon blanc includes the first mature vintage from a clonal trial at denHoed’s vineyard N. of Prosser. The range of aroma & flavor components are complex. The 2010 Sauvignon blanc has a crisp balance of body & acidity. We fermented the juice at a cool temperature to retain floral & fruity aromas such as pear and citrus fruits. We find this wine perfectly matched with herbed chevre from Rollingstone Chevre (Treasure Valley, ID).
